Account deletion — Stoa

Version française

To permanently delete your Stoa account and all associated data:

1. Open the Stoa app
2. Sign in to your account
3. Go to the "Profile" tab
4. Scroll down to the "My account" section
5. Tap "Delete my account"
6. Confirm the deletion

What is deleted

The deletion is immediate and permanent. The following are deleted:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile (first name, age, personal information)
• Your progress (XP, level, streak)
• Your quote and analysis history
• Your social connections (friends, friend requests, encouragements)
• Your pending notifications and notification tokens
• Your language and your subscription status

Important: your Premium subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, before or after deleting, to stop being charged.

Retention

No data is kept after deletion — it is immediate and irreversible.
